Returns a PieChartSlicesStyle with the provided parameters or their default values.
Parameters
base
The base color used to generate shades when colors is empty. Defaults to the primary color of the MaterialTheme.
alpha
The alpha value applied to rendered pie slices. Defaults to 1f.
colors
The colors to draw slices in, in slice order. Empty by default, which draws a generated shade per slice. When set, the count must match the slice count.
