Optional radial bounds shared by every series.
Null bounds use the corresponding data minimum or maximum. Values outside the resolved range are drawn at the center or outer web. If both bounds are set and min is not less than max, the chart uses the data range. A single bound that crosses the data-derived opposite bound resolves to a zero-width range at that bound.
